This is an easy, basic dough for scrolls and pizza bases, which doesn’t require the use of yeast, proofing or too much kneading.
Easy 2 Ingredient Dough
1 cup natural or Greek yoghurt
2 cups self-raising flour (or 2 cups plain flour with 2 tsp baking powder added)
Combine flour and yoghurt together in a large bowl. Mixture will dry and crumbly at first, but keep working the yoghurt through the flour. Once the yoghurt is mostly mixed in and the dough is starting to look sticky, add flour to your hands and start to knead for approx, adding more flour to your hands and the dough as needed to stop it sticking, until it forms a smooth, stretchy dough.
When rolling out for pizza bases or scrolls, use plenty of flour to dust the surface you are rolling it onto (or roll onto a piece of baking paper to make it even easier), as it is a softer dough.
